Customer Service Intern-Hammond, IN

We are looking for Customer Service Intern candidates in Hammond, IN to assist with onsite and offsite assignments within Northwest Indiana (Lake and Porter County) The pay rate is $16-$18 hourly plus transportation bonuses. This would be part time work could be once a month or more.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondence and other formal documents
• Assist with planning and scheduling appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Traveling to different work sites
• Other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask are key to be successful in this position
• Must have own vehicle and proof of insurance
