Job Description:
- Sanitizing all surfaces including door handles, counters and other surrounding surfaces
- Empties trash and removes recycling materials throughout the building
- Clean floors windows and carpets by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, and refill all dispensers in the restrooms (Soaps, tissue, seat, etc.)
- Cleaning and maintain machinery
- Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition
- Pay rate is $13-20/hr (depending on experience)
- Full time(7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday) or part time (flexible)
Requirements:
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have your own reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License and proof of automotive insurance
- Capacity to take and follow directions
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency are key skills in order to be successful for this position
- Lifting and moving objects up to 30lbs
- Capability to stand, bend and twist for long periods of time
